Growth Mindset 2.0 focuses on change readiness. It looks at how leadership teams think and act when situations are unclear, when pressure increases, and when outcomes do not go as planned.
Human+AI focuses on how work is evolving. This includes how people make decisions, collaborate, share knowledge, and learn in new ways as AI becomes part of everyday work.
Tools & Interactions
This is the practical core of the work.
We bring a growing library of tools and assessments, leadership situations, and Team Dynamics Card-style interactions.
These are used to support leadership teams in real situations. Leaders work with how decisions are made when things are unclear, how pressure is handled, how collaboration works across functions, and how learning is built from what actually happens.
Over time, this becomes your internal library. Something your organization can use, develop, and build on.
Learning Programs
Learning is built from the tools and interactions.
We shape learning together with you, based on your priorities, your leadership challenges, and the situations your teams are dealing with.
This often includes Growth Mindset 2.0 for Leadership Teams, AI for Leadership Teams, or a combination of both.
The aim is to keep learning close to the work itself. Real situations, shared language, and a clear link between reflection and action.
Train-the-Trainer
This is a central part of how we work with HR and People teams.
We support you in building the internal capability to run and facilitate this work, adapt tools to your context, and scale the approach across leadership teams.
This includes developing your own facilitators and building confidence in how the tools are used in real situations.
